To ensure a timely refund, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Contact Customer Service at (800) 796-0996 immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product and prior to shipment of the return item(s). We will process your request for return and issue a RMA number.
    Please have the following information ready when calling:
  2. Prepare the item(s) for shipment placing the unused portion of the product(s) in their original condition and packaging.
  3. Make sure a copy of your receipt and an invoice number are included in your return shipment. Mail returns to:
