Shake well before use. Take 2 tablespoons of Lactyferrin Forte 3 times a day (60 ml) (192 mg lactoferrin, 72 mg vitamin C (90% VRN)). In the morning, take a 20ml-dose of Zinc Defense (20 mg Zn (200% VRN)). Dilute preferably in half a glass of milk.
