You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to cancel your purchase.
For health protection and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed cosmetic products that have been unsealed after delivery.

Defective products or incorrect orders
If you have received a defective item or one that does not match your order, as soon as we verify the condition of the products, we will refund the amount for the returned items and cover the corresponding shipping and return costs.
In all other cases, the direct cost of returning the products shall be borne by the customer and may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

Refund
The refund will be made using the same means of payment used in the purchase and within an estimated period of between 3 and 15 working days from the receipt of the return.
If you paid by bank transfer, we'll need you to provide us with a valid IBAN so we can process the refund. We'll let you know how to provide us with this information.

Return conditions
Products should be returned in their original condition, subject only to any handling necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.
In addition:
• Products must be returned properly protected to prevent damage during shipping.
• Shipments sent with shipping charges due upon delivery or on a cash-on-delivery basis will not be accepted.
• Except in cases of defective products or shipping errors, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer and may be deducted from the refund amount when applicable.
• Once the returned products have been received, we will inspect them before processing the applicable refund.
