ELIGIBILITY & PARTICIPATION: This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Employees and immediate family members of our company are not eligible to participate. Each individual is eligible for one entry per qualifying order. To enter, participants must place a single order of $100 USD or more to qualify for one raffle entry. Only orders placed during the promotional period, beginning August 6th, 2026 and ending September 10th, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST, are eligible to qualify for this giveaway. Orders placed before August 6th, 2026 or after September 10th, 2026 will not qualify and will not be entered into the giveaway. For the purposes of this giveaway, the $100 minimum is calculated based on the order value before shipping charges and taxes. Shipping and tax amounts do not count toward the $100 qualifying threshold. Discounts, coupons, and promotional codes applied to the order are permitted and do not disqualify an entry. Each qualifying order of $100+ generates one additional entry with no limit to the number of entries a participant may accumulate through multiple qualifying orders. Every $100 in qualifying order value (excluding shipping and taxes) spent earns 1 entry. A qualifying order must remain valid and complete through the drawing date. Any order that is returned, refunded, cancelled, charged back, or otherwise reversed—in whole or in part—will be deemed a non-qualifying order. The associated entry or entries will be withdrawn and removed from the participants' list and will not participate in the giveaway. If a return, refund, or cancellation reduces an order's value (excluding shipping and taxes) below the $100 threshold, the corresponding entry will be voided. All entries must be submitted by September 10th, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST via the official online entry form with accurate order number, full name, and email address. Late entries will not be accepted. Entry is valid only if linked to a verified qualifying order of $100+ (excluding shipping and taxes) placed within the promotional period. All information provided must be truthful and complete; false or misleading information will result in immediate disqualification. Each order number may only be entered once, and duplicate entries from the same order will be disqualified.

PRIZE DETAILS & DELIVERY: The grand prize is one (1) DJI Osmo Pocket 3 digital camera. The winner will be notified by email at the address provided in the entry form within 5 business days of the drawing. The prize must be claimed within 30 days of notification or the prize forfeits and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Standard domestic shipping to a US address is covered by us. International shipping is not available. The prize is sold "as-is" with the manufacturer's standard warranty only. We assume no liability for product performance or defects. The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize.

WINNER SELECTION & VERIFICATION: One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the September 10th, 2026 deadline. The drawing will occur on September 11th, 2026. The winner will be notified via email at the address provided in the entry form. The winner must respond to the notification email within 48 hours to claim the prize, or the prize forfeits and an alternate winner may be selected. We reserve the right to verify the winner's eligibility and order history before prize distribution. If a selected winner's qualifying order is found to have been returned or reversed, the entry will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.
